Thank you very much everyone for a really amazing stay for one night. We truly enjoyed rooms with refrigerator. The location was great and easy, so close to casinos, groceries, other shopping, Heavenly Gondola and a number of local restaurants and drinking places, and the beach & heavenly gondola. It also was close to the lake.

I thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully kept place, stayed there for 2 nights. Comforts of tastefully decorated and updated room with a spa hot tub were fabulous. It had things I needed, including climate control and a sofa. Magnificent location to attractions like Sam Gallery, that was a short walk from the hotel. Restaurants and bars were walking distance to the property.

Affordable and loved our cozy deluxe room with a king-size bed and all the essentials. the staff were really nice and super helpful, giving us top-notch customer service. everything went smoothly and made for a great stay! 🌟.

I had a deluxe king room included with a fold out couch, a spa hot tub, for example...

The location was magnificent to ski areas.

Spacious room with a kitchen, patio, and balcony - great for cooking and chilling outside 🌿. the bed is super cozy and the bathroom is big and comfortable.

Great and excellent hotel located short walk to Heavenly, the main streets and restaurants. Helpful staff, impressive, fantastic rooms with balcony. Incredible location in the town, walking distance to tourist attractions.

Comfortable king bed, large room, great shower, quiet room with a nice little balcony where we could sit and watch the setting sun. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will stay at the 3 peaks again.

This place offers lovely rooms with fireplaces and stunning views, as well as a terrace and a cozy couch, in a fantastic location near a music venue.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very good: close to the beach as well as close to the Heavenly Village. Both are within walking distance.

We could not find a single outlet in the main room to plug our laptops. All outlets were hidden out of reach behind the bed and behind the TV console. We had to put our laptops next to the sink to access one of the outlets in the washing area.

The room was reasonably spacious and updated with exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe, television and a fridge. The staff were courteous and polite during my stay.

The views of the mountain were stunningly beautiful. the room was new-fashioned and compact. I really enjoyed a bath in my functional bathroom. the staff was the best and excellent as I wanted. the venue's position was central. I had a perfect 10/10 stay for multiple nights at 3 Peaks Resort & Beach Club in South Lake Tahoe. the stunningly beautiful mountain views from my room were truly mesmerizing. the room itself was modern and had a compact design that I really liked. One of the highlights was the functional bathroom where I enjoyed a relaxing bath. the staff at the resort was top-notch, providing excellent service during my stay. the central location of the venue made it convenient to explore the surrounding area.

We liked the location, close to the beach and dining.

Although hotel advertised fireplaces, jetted tubs, and pet friendly, each options was for an additional charge. We ended up paying as much for our 2 pets to stay as we did, doubling our orginal quote. There was no option to cancel after arriving as their cancellation fee was the entire amount of our reservation. Firewood was available for sale, which was extremely high. Rooms were very small. Heater very loud.

The hotel room was huge for two people and at this time of the year also quite cheap (I would not bet on that in winter), we were really surprised to find us in such a big hotel room with a fully functioning kitchen right in the living room area. Everything was clean and worked, the staff was very friendly and a little problem with our sink was adressed instantly. A good off season stay not too far from a lake beach and Nevada (for those who like it).

The hotel is well-kept and beautiful with super friendly personnel. The location is marvellous, and the area is beach near golf courses and casinos. I could reach the Gondola at Heavenly, set just a short walk away from the venue.
